At PKSA Karate Mission Viejo, we practice the traditional Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do in the Moo Duk Kwan style, “The Way of the Open Hand to Defend and Strike.”
We teach karate in a way that students of all ages can benefit. Karate helps bolster a child’s strength, stamina, and flexibility, all while having fun in a safe, controlled environment. Adults benefit from the regimented exercise program while learning essential self-defense skills. And karate is more than just about kicks and punches. We teach our students the principals necessary to develop “every aspect of self”: Respect, Discipline, Perseverance, Integrity, and Honor.
Master your Mind, Master your Body, and Master your Life!
