For individuals interested in our PKSA Karate program,

Two Introductory Classes and
 a PKSA White Belt Uniform

Student(s) will be introduced to the basic fundamentals that we teach in our classes.  These include:
proper dojang etiquette, fitness/stretching,
some basic karate actions
(e.g., how to punch, how to block and kick),
and a board break at the end.
